Making debuffs a moo point

Recommended Posts

so we all know ww and vamps have debuffs... but can those be made a moo point ( like a cows opinion, it doesnt matter )

surely it can be done,

thing is... im terrible with stats...

for example.. 50% fire damage for me... but what does that mean? how much is that

i know i have a 1000 fire res... but what does that = ?

10-20-30 % of that 50?

does any of the people who get this stuff know.

Fire resistance seems to be additive to your spell resistance in terms of lowering elemental dmg you take. So while you will almost migitate the extra fire dmg you take you will still take more fire dmg than a non vampire in a dungeon/raid environment. The debate is whether the vampire's natural hardiness and benefits are worth the occasional fire situations you may encounter.

Are you trying to say that Fire Res works only for Spell resistance, but when that fire damage comes from non-magic sources, Fire Res doesn't work?

Im not sure about natural fire Gelmir, all im saying is that it seems fire res and spell resistance stack to determine total fire res and of course they stack for purposes of soft/hard cap.
